Family Guy has hosted a plethora of notable guest stars over their long run, and with season 23 looming ahead during Fox's midseason lineup, we can't wait to see who'll be on the guest list roster. We can confirm that comedian Pete Davidson will be making a live-action appearance, but as of now, we don't know who else will be joining in.
For the 2024 Halloween Hulu special, "Peter, Peter Pumpkin Cheater," Twisters star Glen Powell portrayed Joe's pumpkin carving nemesis, Patrick McCloskey. The special, part of Family Guy's 25th-anniversary celebration, also had English actor Derek Jacobi as the killer, Rupert, following Stewie's resurrection a'la Frankenstein.
We didn't see that coming, but we're sure it was bound to happen sooner or later in the series.
In the past, Patrick Stewart, Drew Barrymore, KISS, Bob Barker, Carrie Fisher, Johnny Depp, and many, many more have lent their voices to either customized characters or as themselves. It's great to see the many forms of actors taking on new shapes in their careers. As a substantial bonus, it's a hilarious treat that Seth MacFarlane and his team can recruit A-listers for Family Guy.

Eliza Taylor
Taylor is best known as Clarke Griffin in the CW's The 100, Hannah Carson in NBC's Quantum Leap, and Ellen Langford in Netflix's Christmas Inheritance. The Australian actress has already guest-starred as Dr. Villka on The Orville: New Horizons, another Seth MacFarlane hit. As she's friends with MacFarlane in reality, and I love his work and overall personality, it'd make sense for her to appear on Family Guy.
For her character, Taylor would reprise her role as Clarke and battle Stewie for world domination. However, her mission would be for the greater humanity, whereas Stewie would retract to his evil ways. The potential storyline would be a great crossover of The 100 and Family Guy and a callback to the earlier seasons as Stewie's primary quest was taking over the world.
Taylor Swift
In season 15, Chris briefly dates Taylor Swift, but she's portrayed by another actress. As a "Swiftie," I'd love to see the real Taylor Swift on the animated comedy. She doesn't have to play herself, but maybe as one of Meg's friends who truly cares for her and accepts her for who she truly is.
Meg always gets the short end of the stick, so it's about time that she receives better treatment.
Timothée Chalamet
Who doesn't love Timothée Chalamet? The man is talented on so many levels and can do comedy. If he were to play a character on Family Guy, he could be part of a song and dance number with Brian, Stewie, and Peter. As Chalamet portrayed Wille Wonka in Wonka and, recently, Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown, it'd be great if he could showcase his singing talent on Family Guy.
Ariana Grande
Another talented singer, Grande could reprise her Wicked role as Glinda the Good, when the Griffins see the movie in the theater. The Golden Globe nominee could also play a girl friend of Lois and sweeps her into a world of the finer things and luxury, despite the latter being born into a wealthy family. As Peter can't provide that for his wife (not that it matters), it'd bring Lois back to her former and upscale lifestyle.
Cillian Murphy
As one of the biggest stars in 2023 due to his role as the nuclear physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer in the biopic Oppenheimer, Cillian Murphy could play another scientist who helps Stewie reengineer his time machine so that it can go at a much quicker pace and without the use of chemicals in the units.
Another scenario involves Brian and Stewie meeting Oppenheimer during one of their time travels. The genius one-year-old could assist the WWII-era scientist in making a few modifications to the nuclear bomb.
But that would obviously change history's course, and that might not be good.
