Woo-hoo! It's The Simpsons Sunday and tonight, we're getting a brand new episode! Titled "Bottle Episode," it's going to be about a very unlikely duo, but we're positive that they'll work together well, with a few glitches. After all, the hilarity of The Simpsons Universe relies on pairing up random characters and the conclusion is satisfying. We had Rabbi Krustofski and Rev. Lovejoy, Flanders and Homer, and Bart and Nelson, and tonight, we'll be getting a new pair.

"Bottle Episode" is the eleventh broadcast piece of season 36, and after tonight,The Simpsons will be napping on the couch for a few weeks. Seeing how it's the holidays and everyone is exhausted at this point, sometimes you need to have a wind-down.

Let's continue on with our preview of The Simpsons "Bottle Episode."

Previewing The Simpsons "Bottle Episode": " Don't 'wine' about it

Bottle episodes in any scripted shows with an extentive block are designed to spread out the season, with a lower budget and less of the main stars. If written correctly, the bottlization could be an essential part of the storyline.

That won't be the case for tonight's airing, as the title is the actual story with dynamic and enriching material, with a cogent structure on the characters. It was also meant to grab your attention, as The Simpsons regularly do with its audience.

As mentioned, there'll be unlikely pair in tonight's episode, and you can see who they are in the synopsis below!

"Marge and Smithers team up to become wine-forging Robin Hoods."

Smithers is far more reserved than the Simpson family and he's also the sugar to Mr.Burns' salt, but that's beside the point. It'll be an interesting notion of how he'll play along Marge. As Marge is the more neutral and soft-spoken (she has her hot moments) member her family, I think she'll do just fine with Smithers.

Additionally, the pair must guard a precious bottle of expensive wine, most likely vintage, because it has something to do with Burns. What he needs the wine for, I don't know, but it'll be unveiled tonight.

The Simpsons "X" account (formerly Twitter) uploaded two sneak peeks from "Bottle Episode." In the first one, Homer doesn't abandon his snack when advised and his repercussion is having to work with Smithers.

The second clip has Homer fighting to save that wine bottle and encounters several obstacles, including his smart mouth son and a BB fiasco.

Ouch!
