FOX announces its Summer 2025 Animation Domination lineup (and what to know)

The FOX Animation Domination Block always had its home on Sunday nights. It's a phenomenal starting point to kick off the week, often leaving viewers in laughter bursts. Now, imagine if this reaction were permanent for the remaining six days, then we would all be in better moods.

As summer is approaching rather quickly, and too quickly if you ask me, the Animation Domination Block schedule is going to look and feel different, as FOX has new premieres set for the warmer months. As a result, the network had to shift things around so that each line-up would have a chance at ratings success.

By the time Animation Domination's summer schedule debuts,The Simpsonswill have aired its season 36 finale, andFamily Guywill breathe out its remaining season 23 episodes. Of course, moving Peter G and his crew around during the week is nothing new; it's just excruciatingly annoying. Luckily,Family Guyis a hit on Hulu, so I'm not too worried about its troubles.

That being said, here' when Animation Domination will roll out its summer block.

Animation Domination will start summer in May

Set your calendars forThursday, May 29, as that's when Animation Domination on FOX will air its summer schedule. To me and this is just me, but choosing Thursday seemed like an odd choice for the network, as people will be preparing for their weekends and not be thinking much of TV. Unless, they pencil in TV watching.

JoiningFamily Guyin its mayhem will beBob's Burgersto continue season 15. A Belcher reunion is long overdue, as the last timewe saw Bob and his interesting familywas back in December. And they found a puppy on Christmas Eve, making this event the perfect mid-season finale.

Grimsburgwill also be making its shift from Wednesdays to Thursdays, taking the place of Krapopoulis. The ancient Greek God-themed animated comedy will have aired its season 2 finale by then.

Here's what time your favorite FOX shows will be on Thursdays

Leading the block will beBob's Burgers, making an epic return. It will then be followed byGrimsburg, thenFamily Guy, and last but certainly not least,The Great North. Schedule-wise, Bob's Burgers andFamily Guyshould've been paired together, as originals tend to fare better in ratings and viewership.

Below is the schedule, set in EST and CST time slots.

8:00-8:30 PM (7 PM CST) :Bob’s Burgers

8:30-9:00 PM (7:30 PM CST) :Grimsburg

9:00-9:30 PM (8 PM CST):Family Guy

9:30-10:00 PM (8:30 PM CST):The Great North
